Cheryle, I just heard of Bill's passing thanks to Larry and Win Wendell of Alberta, a troop mate of Bill's and mine. Bill's passing is difficult to hear of, as all of the troop were like brothers. I'm so glad we were able to visit at our troop reunion back in 2009. On behalf of all of Troop 19, we want you to know he will always be remembered and missed. Our condolences to you and your family.

I met Bill January 15, 1969 in RCMP training in DEPOT Regina Troop 19, 1968/69. He was a very dedicated and hard working member of the RCMP. I was so thankful to be one of his troop brothers. It was great to see him again at our troop re-unions. My condolences to his wife and family.

I was saddened to hear of the passing of my troop mate. I'm sure that Bill will be remembered as he was in life, a good and decent man. I'll always have fond memories of him. Please accept my sincere condolences, Cheryle and your entire family.

Cheryle.
I'm sorry and saddened to hear of Bill's passing.
At Depot (Regina) Bill Allen's "pit" was straight across from mine, so I soon learned that Bill was a great source of help and camaraderie. I always figured that if my exam results were close to Bill's that I was doing something right- he helped me and was an inspiration to me and a friend.
Memory has a magic way of keeping loved ones near- ever close in mind and heart the ones we hold most dear.
I'll remember him in my prayers. Don
