Words can't begin to express what a precious woman of God Agnes Dueck was. We consider her an angel who ministered mercifully and cheerfully, especially to Margaret's mother, Martha Funk. That meant the world to us knowing that Mom had more than a friend in Agnes. She loved so freely and genuinely. We'll always remember the rhubarb squares she would make for us when we came to visit. Both Agnes and Mr. Dueck were treasured by our family and we will miss them on our Manitoba visits. You are in our thoughts and prayers, as she was every Sunday evening. We wish you God's comfort, peace and hope.

We are sad for you as you deal with the loss of your mother and grandmother, and rejoice with you that she is paradise. What a blessing she was to all of you! We pray that you will feel the Lord's presence and comfort in the coming days, weeks and years. Lots of love, Dennis, Jacquie, Jessilyn and Megan Steinwand

I always enjoyed chatting with your mom when I would meet her in town. She was always positive and uplifting. I was so grateful for the dining set she sold us and told her so many times. I will always have fond memories of her. She is with her wonderful Lord and Saviour now and someday we will meet again!

Your mom volunteered at Salem home baking cookies several years ago. It was a wonderful time for us to spend visiting and catching up on "Rosefarm" days. She brought so much joy into so many lives! I would meet her almost everyday going for a walk and admired her for it. I was sorry to miss the service but wanted your family to know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers.
Take care, Lynette Groening Beaudry
