Tina was born on July 23, 1918 in the Wakeham school district to George F and Suzanna (nee Loeppky) Klassen. On June 2, 1937 she was baptized upon confession of her faith in our Lord Jesus Christ by Bishop Wilhelm H Falk. On December 17, 1944, she married Bernhard B Wiebe from Osterwick and together they raised six children there. They moved to Winkler in 1983 and Dad passed away in 1992 after 48 years of marriage.

Mom’s smile and sense of humor were what carried her through the trying times and also blessed those around her. She was very involved in the community sewing circle, Bible studies, a 4-H leader and one of the founders of the Valley Harvest Maids. She loved to work in her garden, tell stories, play piano, organ and her guitar. Mom moved to Salem Home in 2004 and developed good relationships with the staff and residents during the seven years she lived there. She will be remembered for her faith in God and her friendly and caring personality.

She leaves to mourn her three daughters, Edna and Jake Fehr of Rosetown, Dorothy and George Dyck of Niverville, Helen and Frank Fehr of Blumstein; one son, Bernie and Darlene Wiebe of Osterwick as well as son-in-law, John and his wife, Ann Wolfe of Winkler, daughter-in-law, Virginia and her husband Ray Friesen of Winkler; 17 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and one sister-in-law, Nettie Wiebe.
