Anne Klassen (nee Friesen)
1931 – 2009
On Sunday November 22, 2009 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Anne Klassen aged 77 years of Morden, MB formerly of the Valleyfield school district went to her eternal rest.
She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, Jake C. Klassen of Morden; daughter, Ruth and Rudy Hiebert of Morden; 3 sons, Jake and Debbie Klassen, John and Darlene Klassen, Wayne and Janet Klassen all of Morden as well as 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 5 sisters and 1 brother.
She was predeceased by 3 brothers and a sister and brother, both in infancy.
Funeral service was held on Thursday November 26, 2009 at Glencross Mennonite Church with interment at Southside Cemetery.
We would like to express our appreciation for the love and support our family has experienced over the last few years. A big thanks for the exceptional care that Mom received over the years from the Cancer Care Unit and Boundary Trails Health Centre Staff. A special thanks to Dr. Woelk, Cheryl Penner and Karen Schaak. Thank you to all the Homecare Staff and Nurses that helped to make Mom's stay at home possible. Thank you to the Glencross Church pastoral team for your services and the comfort you provided. Thank you to the Glencross Ladies Fellowship for all your help, not only for the fellowship meal, but also for all the meals that you brought to the home. Thank you to everyone at the Glencross Church who assisted with the funeral. Thank you to Wiebe Funeral Home for your professionalism, compassion and service.
