It is with heavy hearts that we announce that on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Bill Jack aged 82 years went to his eternal rest.
Bill was born on the family farm near Ridgeville, Manitoba. He continued farming until he and Lil embarked on the new adventure of managing fly in fishing camps along the Manitoba/Ontario border. Bill had a kind heart and a smile for everyone. He made friends everywhere he went and could often be found talking to people that he had just met, as if he had known them his entire life. Bill loved to play his guitar, and spent many hours entertaining family and friends with his a unique self-taught style.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife of 49 years, Lillian (nee Grier) of Darlingford; 2 sons, Gord Jack and Lesley Coates of West Kelowna, BC and Doug Jack of Morden; sister, Doreen and many family members and friends.
Bill was predeceased by his parents, James and Lily Jack and his sister, Lorna.
