Fehr, Clifford Roy

Clifford Roy Fehr

Clifford Roy Fehr

1966 – 2007

Cliff was born on March 9, 1966 and went to rest in the arms of Jesus on May 23, 2007.

He was a giving and generous person with a sensitive and sincere heart.  He would help anyone, anywhere without question or concern for himself.  The never-ending love and concern that he had for his children was always close to his heart.

Cliff’s passion aside from his children was music.  His interest became apparent at a young age.  As part of being in the grade 9 band class, students were asked to record their practice time.  It wasn’t long until the instructor sent a note home for his parents saying that he no longer had to record his practice time as he had completed enough time to take him through graduation.  When he loved something, Cliff gave his whole heart to it.

Cliff felt that music was his God-given gift and that he wanted to share it.  For many years he enjoyed sharing music through channels such as a band that he had with his friends and being part of the worship team at Cornerstone Church where he and his family attended.

Through recent struggles in life, Cliff clung to his salvation and trusted in his faith.  His faith and hope in God stayed with him through his last days.  He prayed for forgiveness and for understanding of the situations that hurt him.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, George H. Fehr; grandparents, Peter and Tina Kehler; father-in-law, Peter Reimer and brother-in-law, Darrell Neufeld.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving children, Dayna and Colby and their mother, Marian; his caring parents, Bill and Mary; his sister, Boni and Dornel Collison; his brother, Dan and Jean and their families.

Funeral service was held on Saturday May 26, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church.  Interment followed at Winkler Cemetery.

We will miss you beyond measure and take extreme comfort in the knowledge of your peace.  Rest in sweet peace, dear son; your hurt is gone and our hurt will be gone when we meet again.  Forever and always, those who love you……

We wish to thank everyone who has assisted us in this time of loss.  Please continue to pray for us.  The Fehr Family.

Wiebe Funeral Home, Winkler in care of arrangements.
