Rev. Abram I. Fehr

1919 – 2007

On Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at Salem Home in Winkler, MB Rev. Abram I. Fehr aged 87 years formerly of Chortitz, MB went to his eternal rest.

He leaves to mourn his passing his 2 daughters, Sara and John Reimer of Winkler, Mary and Cornie Thiessen of Chortitz as well as 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Sara (nee Klassen) in 1996.

An Old Colony Mennonite service was held to celebrate the life of Abram on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Reinland Mennonite Church in Winkler with Bishop Peter Elias officiating.  Interment followed at Chortitz Old Colony Mennonite Church Cemetery in Schanzenfeld.
