Falk, Cornie.jpgOn Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Cornelius D. Falk aged 95 years of Winkler formerly of Hoffnungsort, MB went to his eternal rest.

He leaves to bless his memory and mourn his passing his wife, Sarah to whom he was married for more than 72 years and his children as follows: 4 daughters, Dorothy and Isaac Hoeppner of Winkler; Chris and Neil Isaak of Georgetown, ON, Irene and Peter Thiessen of Winkler, Brenda and Ron Driedger of Winkler; 4 sons, Edward and Anne of Winkler, Henry and Helen of Morden, Jim and Anne of Winnipeg, Ken and Dorothy of Brookdale, MB; 29 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.

Dad was predeceased by his parents; 7 sisters and 5 brothers as well as 1 granddaughter and 2 great grandsons.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Winkler EMM Church with Rev. Wilbert Friesen and Rev. Jerry Hildebrand officiating.  Interment followed at Winkler Cemetery.

The family would like to thank Dr. Bessie and the staff at BTHC for their fine care during dad’s stay and Wiebe Funeral Home for their caring service.
