Dad was a kind and giving man.  He greatly enjoyed farming and being outdoors.  Dad also worked on construction for many years and spent countless hours in his workshop on hobbies he enjoyed.  He never really retired….In recent years, he kept busy volunteering at the Pembina Thresherman’s Museum and finding ways to help others.

One thing he truly enjoyed was fellowship with family and friends, which he continued to cherish throughout his life.  He was also fortunate to have traveled with mom to South America, Haiti, Israel and to Nicaragua with his brother, Abe.

He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife, Mary (nee Giesbrecht) of Morden, 2 daughters, Ruth and Pat Graham of Winkler, Kathy and Albert Harms of Morden; 5 grandchildren, Carrie and Ike Klassen, Amy Graham, Burton Graham, Jenna and Kelsey Fehr, Aric Harms; 3 great grandchildren, Raina, Logan and Xavier Klassen.  Dad is also remembered by 2 sisters, Helen Matters, Sarah and Dick Reimer; 1 brother, Anton and Susan Dueck; sister-in-law, Mary Dueck; stepbrother, Abe and Betty Ann Peters; stepparents, Margaret and John Peters; the Giesbrecht family as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.  We love you, Dad and we will miss you.
