Jacob W. Hamm

1917 - 2003

On Monday September 1, 2003 at the Tabor Home, Morden, Manitoba, Jacob W. Hamm, age 85, went to his eternal rest.

He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Helena (nee Dueck) of Morden, MB, 3 daughters Justina and Jake K. Hoeppner of Morden; Dorothy Koussiafes of Miami, Florida; Susan and Bob Reimer of Morden, MB; 2 sons Bill and Alice Hamm of Ottawa, ON; John and Susan Hamm of Three Hills,AB; 15 grandchildren; and 19 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by granddaughter Robin in 1975.

Viewing will be at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, 1050 Thornhill St. Morden, on Thursday from 1-6pm and at the church prior to the service.

Funeral service was held Friday September 5, 2003, 2:00pm at Westside Community Church, 831 Thornhill St. Morden, MB, Pastor Russ Toews and Pastor Ed Hamm officiating.  Interment followed at Southside Cemetery, Morden.  Donations may be made to the Gideon Memorial Bible Plan or the Tabor Home Memorial Fund, available at the church.
