Edward Unger

1936 - 2003

On Tuesday May 20, 2003, at his home in the Morden District, Edward Unger, age 66 years, went to his eternal rest.

He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Lorna (nee Bluhm), 1 daughter Sonya and husband Marvin Shiskoski of Darlingford and children Josh and Desirae; 2 sons Randell Unger and Marlene of Morden and children Robin and Jordan; Gerald Unger of Thompson; 3 sisters Helen and Ron West of Minnedosa; Anne and Richard Ginter of Winnipeg; Kathy and Ernie Penner of Winkler; 3 brothers John and Anne Unger of Winnipeg; Lawrence and Martha Unger of Abbottsford, B.C.; Jack and Pat Unger of Winkler; and families.

He was predeceased by parents Peter and Dora Unger; and brother Dave Unger in California in 1988.

Funeral service was held on Friday May 23, 2003, 3:00pm at Westside Community Church, Morden, Rev. Morris Vincent officiating.  Interment followed at the Chapel Cemetery, Morden.  Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Fnd. of Manitoba.
