Peter D. Rempel

1908-2001

On Sunday, March 4, 2001, at Bethel Hospital, Winkler, Peter D. Rempel, age 92 years, of Winkler, went to his eternal rest.

He was predeceased by his wife Anna Rempel (nee Friesen) in 1997; daughter-in-law Agatha Rempel in 1987; 1 sister; 2 brothers; 1 step sister; 1 step brother; parents Peter & Sarah Rempel; and his adoptive parents.

He leaves to mourn his passing, 1 daughter Annie & Tony Bergen; 1 son Peter & Margaret Rempel; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson Jordan Tyler Froese; half brother Ben Dyck; step sister Nettie Enns and their families.

Funeral service was held Thursday, March 8, 2001, 2:00pm at Winkler Reinland Mennonite Church with Bishop William Friesen officiating. Interment followed at Reinland Church Cemetery, Schanzenfeld.
