Peter D. Labun

1909 - 2001

 

On Thursday December 6, 2001 at the Salem Home Winkler, Peter D. Labun, age 92 years, of Winkler, went to his eternal rest.

 

He was predeceased by his wife Esther (nee Nickel) in 1997.

 

He leaves to mourn his passing his daughter Dorothy & husband Ed Martens of Killarney; 5 sons Richard & wife Hanny of Winnipeg; Ed & wife Grace of Winnipeg; Walter Labun & wife Martha Zacharias of Saskatoon, SK; Ted & wife Verna of Calgary, AB; Charles & wife Carolyn of Surrey, B.C.;

16 grandchildren; 1 brother; 4 sisters; 2 brothers-in-law; 1 sister-in-law and their families.

 

Funeral service was held Tuesday December 11, 11:00am at the Winkler M.B. Church, Pastor Ted Goossen officiating.  Interment followed at the Bloomfield-Rosewell Cemetery.
