Henry J. Falk

1920 - 2001 

 

On Saturday, July 21, 2001 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Henry J. Falk, age 80 years, of Winkler, formerly of Schoenwiese and Hochfeld, went to his eternal rest.

 

He leaves to mourn his passing, his beloved wife Justine Falk (nee Reimer) of Winkler; 2 daughters Pauline & Mike Knoll of Hochfeld; Evelyn & Gary Boychuk of Winnipeg; 1 son John & Hedy Falk of Schoenwiese; 3 grandchildren Nathan, Marvin, Melissa & husband Edward Wiebe; 2 great grandchildren Zachary & Brandon; 4 sisters and their families.

 

He was predeceased by 3 brothers; 2 sisters; and infant daughter Judith Marie in 1950.

 

Funeral service was held Wednesday, July 25, 2001, 11:00am at Grace Mennonite Church, Winkler with Rev. Peter D. Zacharias & Rev. Menno Janzen officiating.  Interment followed at the Winkler Cemetery. 

We, the bereaved family, wish to thank everyone who expressed concern, love and sympathy in words, cards, visits, and above all your prayers, which have and are upholding us in this difficult time.  May the Lord reward you richly.  We are also deeply grateful to the doctors and nursing staff, who gave him such loving care.  Thanks also to the Grace Church family for allowing us to use your facilities and to Wiebe Funeral Home for all the services you so kindly provided us with.
