Elizabeth Funk (nee Dyck)
1914 - 2012
On Saturday February 18, 2012 at Salem Home in Winkler, MB Elizabeth Funk aged 97 years formerly of Plum Coulee, MB went to her eternal rest.
She leaves to mourn her passing three daughters, Deanna Jean Funk of Plum Coulee, Verna and Norman Kroeker of Plum Coulee, Elsie and Brian Edwards of Winnipeg, one son, Allen and Tina Funk of Plum Coulee, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren as well as one brother and two sisters.
She was predeceased by her husband, Ben Funk in 1989, five sisters and three brothers.
Funeral service was held on Wednesday February 22, 2012 at 2:00 pm at Plum Coulee Bergthaler Mennonite Church with interment at Plum Coulee Cemetery.
Donations may be made in Elizabeth’s memory to either the Salem Foundation Inc. or Union Gospel Mission.

I am sorry to hear of the death of your Mother. She was a wonderful lady and I enjoyed talking with her on the Evergreen Unit. Each of you have become dear to me watching as you tried to do your best for Mrs. Funk.
