Ernst “Earnie” Doerksen

1928 - 2007

On Sunday, July 1, 2007, at Tabor Home in Morden, MB, Earnie Doerksen aged 78 years of Morden, formerly of the Dunston District went to his eternal rest. 

Earnie was born September 28, 1928 to Henry and Katherina Doerksen.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Nellie (nee Bayliss) of Morden; 1 daughter, Ingrid of Winkler; 2 sons, Jeffrey of Calgary, AB and Kenneth of Winnipeg as well as 5 brothers. Also 5 brothers and their  families, as well as his mother in-law Helen Bayliss, 7 brothers in-law, 5 sisters in-law and their families. 

He was predeceased by his parents 1 sister and 3 brothers, his father in-law, 7 brothers-in-law, 3 sisters in-law 2 nephews and 1 niece

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 5, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Christian Life Centre with Rev. Weldon Yeo and Rev. Morris Vincent officiating.  Interment followed at Dunston Cemetery.
