Darl Alexander Carr

1935 – 2007

On Friday, December 28, 2007 Darl Carr, aged 72 years of La Riviere, MB formerly of Miami, MB passed away at his residence.

He leaves to mourn his passing, 2 daughters, Kim Whitley and Rob Bradbeer of Parkville, BC, Candice and Garry Fry of Camrose, AB; 2 sons, Dwain Carr and Diane Brandt of Tofield, AB, Shawn and Joleen Carr of Camrose, AB; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 2 sisters.

He was predeceased by his 2 sisters and 2 brothers.

Funeral service was held on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Miami United Church.  Ash interment to take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Darl’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of MB 6 Donald St. Suite 200 Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.

Card of Thanks

We would like to thank everyone for the cards, phone calls, food delivered to Mom’s home at the time of the sudden passing of our dad.  Special thank you to Rev. Allison Halstead, the choir organist, June Stockford and Coral Jones for the lovely solo.  Special thanks also to Shirley Richards for the eulogy and to dad’s 6 nephews who served as pallbearers and to the Miami ladies for the lunch.  To Wiebe Funeral Home, a very special thank you for all the help and guidance during this difficult time.  It was all very much appreciated.  The Carr Family
