Bertha Marie Brunn (nee Titchkosky)
1913 - 2007

Monday, December 10, 2007, at Salem Home in Winkler, Bertha passed away
peacefully with her family at her side. Life began for Bertha on November 28,
1913 in the 2-6 District, one of 17 children born to Wilhelm and Wilhelmina
Titchkosky.
She was a lifetime member at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, an active member of the Ladies Aid Group and enjoyed many years of fellowship with her church family. She married Henry on December 22, 1933 and together they were blessed with three children Doreen, Dolores and Ronald. She was a loving Mother, Grandma, Great-Grandma and Great-Great Grandma. Her family was her pride and joy.
She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory one daughter, Dolores and Otto Treichel of Darlingford; one son, Ronald and Mary Ann Brunn of Morden and one foster daughter, Paulette and Ken Peters of Morden; 14 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren; one sister, Edna of Morden; one brother, Clarence and Earla Titchkosky of Morden and one sister-in-law, Elsie Titchkosky of Morden.
Bertha was predeceased by her loving husband, Henry (1997), daughter, Doreen (1983), son-in-law, Bert (1993) and one granddaughter, Debbie (1997).
Funeral Service was held on Friday, December 14th, 2007 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Morden with Rev. Alex Klages officiating. Interment followed at Hillside Cemetery.

The family of Bertha Brunn wish to thank you for the phone calls, food, cards, flowers, donations made in her memory, and for the many visits from family, friends and neighbours these past 15 months.
A special thank you to the doctors and staff at BTHC and Salem Home for their special care, thoughtfulness and for the extra time shared with her that Mom greatly enjoyed and really appreciated. We would like to thank Rev. Alex Klages for the wonderful service and the many visits and prayers with Mom. The pallbearers, ushers, organist, soloist and the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Ladies for the wonderful lunch they provided. Thanks to Wiebe Funeral Home for the professional and caring service.
