Friday, December 29, 2006 at Salem Home, Mary Banman (nee Wiebe) aged 90 years
of Winkler formerly of the Plum Coulee district, went to her eternal rest.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her beloved husband, George Banman of Winkler; 1 daughter, Mary Ann and Harvey Unrau of Winnipeg; 1 son, Rodney and Viola Banman of Calgary, AB, their families as well as 4 sisters and 3 brothers.
Funeral service was held Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 1:00 pm at the Winkler Mennonite Brethren Church with Rev. James Peters and Rev. David Friesen officiating. Interment followed at Bloomfield-Rosewell Cemetery.
