Katharina Wiebe (nee Harder)

1917 – 2006

On Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Katharina Wiebe (nee Harder) aged of 88 years of Winkler, formerly of Plum Coulee, MB went to her eternal rest.

She leaves to mourn her passing 1 daughter Shirley and Jake Olfert of Winkler; 3 sons Don and Mabel of Ear Falls, ON, Wayne and Janice of Winkler, Menno Wiebe of Surrey, BC; 1 son-in-law Harry (Marilyn) and Linda Hildebrand of Altona; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Jacob C. Wiebe (2004) and 1 daughter Marilyn Hildebrand (1979).

Funeral service was held on Saturday, June 10, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church with Rev. Peter Penner, and Rev. Glen Klassen and Pastors Bill and Betty Enns officiating.  Interment followed at the Plum Coulee Cemetery.
