On Thursday, February 2, 2006, Cornie Elias aged 50 years of Morden, MB passed away peacefully in Mexico surrounded by his family.
Left with fond memories is his wife Eva (nee Wiebe); 2 daughters Jennifer and Lisa; 3 sons Michael, James and Gerald. Also left to cherish many memories are Cornie’s parents, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by 1 son in infancy.
Cornie was a humble servant of God and in his wisdom, humor, gentle spirit and love will not be forgotten.
Funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at 2:00 pm at Winkler Sommerfeld Mennonite Church with Rev. Dave Wiebe officiating. Interment followed at Rosenbach Cemetery.
