Sarah Enns

1914  -  2002

Our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother Sarah Enns (nee: Hiebert) was born on March 12, 1914 in Rose Farm, near Plum Coulee, the 4th of 14 children in the family of Jacob and Helen Hiebert.  She passed away peacefully on November 27, 2002 at Tabor Home, surrounded by loving staff and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband George J. Enns in May 1983.

She is survived by her 5 sons Kenneth and his wife Gladys; Arthur and his wife Helen; Leonard; Gordon and his wife Julianna; Harry and his wife Marlene; 3 daughters Viola Braun; Lynda and her husband Les Lehmann; Laura Norton; 21 grandchildren;  8 great-grandchildren; and 3 brothers and 4 sisters.

It is a blessing that she's peacefully Home for Christmas and will suffer no more.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday December 4, 2002, at 11:00 A.M. at the Morden Bergthaler Mennonite Church, with Rev. Morris Vincent, Rev. Otto Hamm and Rev. Jake Friesen officiating.  Interment followed at Southside Cemetery, Morden.
