On Monday, December 26, 2005 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Russell Finley Swayze, aged 79 years of Morden, MB, went to his eternal rest.
He leaves to mourn his passing his special step-daughter Martha and Harry McKnight of the Roland district; 3 special granddaughters Laurhys and John Bergen, Dayle and Emily as well as 1 sister Mary Penner of Morden.
He was predeceased by 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
Funeral service was held on Thursday, December 29, 2005 at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden at 11:00 am. With Rev. Morris Vincent officiating. Interment followed at Jackson Cemetery, south of Darlingford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Branch #11 of the Royal Canadian Legion, 285 North Railway St., Morden, MB R6M 1T1.
