2002 at 4:10 p.m. Peter, age 83, peacefully passed away surrounded by his family
after a brief stay at the Boundary Trails Health Centre.
Peter was born March 18, 1920 to Bernard and Anna Dueck in Dunelm, Saskatchewan. Upon confession of his faith he was baptized in the Sommerfelder Church in Dunelm. Peter married Maria reamer June 5, 1948.
Peter was predeceased by one daughter-in-law, Doreen, one great- granddaughter, Michalya, one son, Terrence, and all his siblings, except two brothers and their wives.
Peter is survived by his wife, Maria, one daughter, Marion(Jake), one daughter-in-law, Anne, eight sons, Edward (Mary), Merv (Helen), Harvey (Martha), Raymond (Brb), Ron (Marge), Len (Vicki), Harold (Bev), Lorne (fiancée Trish), 27 grandchildren and 28 grandchildren.
To honour Dad’s request, Comittal Service and Interment took place at Winkler Cemetery by immediate family and friends on May 3, 2003. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 6, 2003 at Wiebe Funeral Home in Morden. In lie of flowers, donations may be made to the Boundary Trails Health Centre.
The family would like to extend a thank-you to Dr. Booy, nurses, and staff of the Boundary Trails Health Centre for their care and attention. Thank-you also to the family and friends who supported us in prayer during this time.
