Maria Meyer

1907 – 2002

On Friday, August 23, 2002, at the Tabor Home, Morden, Maria Meyer (nee EBE), age 94 ¾ years, of Morden went to her eternal rest.

Maria moved from Russia and settled in Morden, MB in 1948. She has been an active member of the Westside Community Church for many years.

She is predeceased by her first husband Hans Lich; her second husband Ernest Meyer; her son Alex and grandson Victor.

She leaves to mourn her passing 3 grandchildren Luba, Jack, and Michael; 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at 11:00am at the Wiebe Funeral Chapel in Morden with Rev. Russ Toews officiating. Interment followed at the Southside Cemetery.
