Mom was employed with the poultry plant, the cannery, potato chip factory, and the sewing factory for many years as a fore-lady under Ralph King.
Mom was renowned for her chiropractic work having people coming for repair day and night. Her hands were very talented, learning to paint with oil and canvas. She painted many flowers on table cloths, pillow cases, and numerous other articles. She was very good at creating ceramics of which we all have a collection.
She spent 3 years at the Salem Home in Winkler and made many friends with the workers and nurses. In Mom’s last 2 weeks she had a severe stroke and suffered in her last days till the Lord came and took her hand.
Mom, we love you and miss you.
