2002 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, John A. Peters, age 90, of Tabor Home
Morden, formerly of Winkler, went to his eternal rest.
He was predeceased by first wife Anne (nee Krahn) in 1979, second wife Anne (nee Fehr) in 1984, son John Peters in 1971, 5 brothers, and 5 sisters.
He leaves to mourn his passing his 2 daughters Mary & husband Cornie Dueck of Morden; Tien & husband Gary Young of Edson, AB.; 2 sons Chas & wife Viola Peters of Morden; Rick & wife Betty Peters of Morden; daughter-in-law Anne (John) Peters of Assiniboia, SK.; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Funeral service was held on Wednesday April 3, 2002, 11:00am, Zion Lutheran Church, Morden, Pastor Fraser Coltman officiating. Interment followed at the Winkler Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Fnd. of Man. 301-352 Donald St. Wpg. Mb. R3B 2H8.
