Thursday, September 16, 2004 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Jim Doerksen,
aged 57 years, of Roland, MB formerly of the Miami District and Winnipeg, MB
went to his eternal rest.
Jim and his wife Lynda were the well known owners of Pembina Valley Music in Winkler, MB.
He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Lynda Doerksen (nee Hyde) of Roland; 1 daughter; Kerry & Barry Dueck of Morden; 2 sons; Lee and Renata of Winnipeg and their children Simon, Maks and Benjamin; Sean and Aimee Kotchon of Winnipeg and their son Mason. He also leaves to mourn his mother Katherine Doerksen of the Tabor Home in Morden.
Funeral service was held on Monday, September 20, 2004 at the Christian Life Centre, 605 1st Street, Morden at 2:00pm with Rev. Weldon Yeo and Harold Dueck officiating. Interment followed at Chapel Cemetery, Morden.
