1910 – 2004
On
Thursday, October 14, 2004 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Jacob C.
Wiebe, aged 93 years, of Winkler, MB formerly of Plum Coulee, MB went to his
eternal rest.
He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Katharina Wiebe (nee Harder) of Winkler; 1 daughter Shirley and Jake Olfert of Winkler; 3 sons; Don and Mabel of Ear Falls, ON; Wayne and Janice of Winkler; Menno of Surrey, BC; 1 son-in-law Harry and Linda Hildebrand of Altona. He also leaves to mourn 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by 1 daughter Marilyn Hildebrand (1979).
Funeral service was held on Monday, October 18, 2004 at 2:00 pm at the Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church with Pastor Peter Penner, Pastors Bill and Betty Enns and Pastor Glen Klassen officiating. Interment followed at Plum Coulee Cemetery.
