On Saturday August 17, 2002, at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Henry F. Siemens, age 91 years, of Winkler, formerly of Altona went to his eternal rest.
Henry was predeceased by his wife Margaret Siemens (nee Funk) in 1996; his 3 sisters, and 3 brothers.
Henry leaves to mourn 1 son Ed Siemens of Winnipeg; 3 daughters Shirley and John Klassen of Winkler; Sara and John Sawatzky of Winkler; Maggie and Abe Wieler of Winkler; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services was held on Wednesday August 21, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at the Winkler Bergthaler Mennonite Church with Pastor Arnie Neufeld officiating. Interment followed at the Hochstadt Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Food Grains bank or the Gideon Memorial Bible plan available at the church.
