On Monday September 2, 2002 at the St. Boniface General Hospital, Winnipeg, Heinrich "Henry" Peters, age 63 years, of Winkler, Mb formerly of Mexico went to his eternal rest.
He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Anna Peters (nee Neufeld) of Winkler; 4 daughters Anna and Jake Froese of Winkler; Betty and Bill Reimer of Winkler; Helen And Jake Wiebe of Lowe Farm; Neta and Jake Wall of Schanzenfeld; 4 sons Henry and Mary of Neuhorst; Dave and Trudy of Winkler; John and Susan of Winkler; Jake and Terry of Winkler; 1 sister and 3 brothers.
He was predeceased by his parents David and Elizabeth Peters; 1 sister; and 2 brothers.
Funeral service was held on Saturday September 7, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Chortitz Old Colony Mennonite Church with Bishop Peter Elias and Rev. Herman Bueckert officiating. Interment was held on Chortitz Old Colony Mennonite Church Cemetery.
