2002 at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Gertrude Nickel (nee Bueckert), age 61,
of Winkler, formerly of Rosenfeld, went to be with her Lord and Saviour.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her beloved husband John T. Nickel; 4 daughters; 4 sons; 9 grandchildren; 9 sisters; 7 brothers and their families.
She was predeceased by 1 son in infancy, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
Funeral service was held December 19, 2002, 2:00pm, at Reinland Mennonite Church, Winkler, Rev. Henry Penner officiating. Interment followed at Reinland Church Cemetery, Schanzenfeld.
