Gerhard Fehr

1933 – 2004

On Sunday, August 1, 2004 Gerhard Fehr, with his family by his side, went to his eternal rest. He leaves to mourn his passing; his mother Aganetha Fehr of Winkler, his wife Anne Fehr (nee Thiessen) of Morris, Daughter Nettie (John) Teichroeb of Winkler, son George Fehr of Morris, son Nick Fehr of Morden, daughter Tina (Jake) Wall of Morden, son Ben (Donna) Fehr of Morris, daughter Anna (Jeremy) Wieler of Winkler, 15 grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and many cousins. He was predeceased by his father Gerhard G. Fehr and granddaughter Chrissy Teichroeb.

The funeral was held on Thursday, August 5, 2004 at the Emmanuel Mennonite Church at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Marvin Koop officiating. Interment following at the Chortitz Church Cemetery.

The family would like to deeply thank Dr. C. Woelk and all the nurses at the Boundary Trails Hospital for the care and compassion they gave us, pastor Marvin Koop and the members of Emmanuel Mennonite Church for all their prayers and support, and all the other friends and family who lent a caring hand and hug.
