2002, at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Elizabeth Giesbrecht (nee Dyck), age
91 years, of the Salem Home, Winkler, formerly of the Haskett District, went to
her eternal rest.
She was predeceased by her husband Henry on Sept. 16, 2000; 2 daughters Helen (Peter) in 2000; Anne in 1963; 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
She leaves to mourn her passing her 1 daughter Betty and husband Peter Wieler of Winkler; 2 sons Jim and wife Dianne Giesbrecht of Winkler; Jack and wife Dorothy Giesbrecht of Morden; son-in-law Peter Klassen of Winkler; 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 sisters-in-law and families.
Funeral service was held Saturday September 28, 2002, 11:00am at the Winkler E.M.M. Church, Pastor Dale Dueck and Pastor Jerry Hildebrand officiating. Interment followed at the Winkler Cemetery.
