Cornelius Nickel

1928 – 2004

On Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Cornelius Nickel, aged 76 years, of Morden, MB formerly of Snowflake, MB went to his eternal rest.

He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Anna Nickel (nee Martens) of Morden; 1 daughter, Lorna and Douglas Mettam of Okotoks, AB and their son Matthew; 1 son, Kerry and Esther of Mitchell, MB and their children Kaelyn and Kevin. He also leaves to mourn 1 sister Nettie (Peter) Kehler of Winnipeg and her family.

He was predeceased by 1 grandson David; 2 sisters; 4 brothers.

Funeral service was held on Saturday, October 2, 2004 at the Morden Mennonite Church at 10:30 am with Pastor Otto Hamm officiating. Interment followed at Southside Cemetery.
