Monday January 6, 2003 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Cornelius J. Dyck,
age 76 of Winkler, formerly of Blumenfeld, went to his eternal rest.
He leaves to mourn his passing, his beloved wife Anne (nee Zacharias), 2 daughters Evelyn and husband Abe Unrau of Schanzenfeld, Grace and husband Peter Dueck of Blumenfeld; 3 sons John and wife Maryanne Dyck of the Morden District; Jack and wife Sandi Dyck of Blumenfeld; Harv and wife Connie Dyck of Winkler; 16 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, 3 sisters, 1 brother and families.
He was predeceased by 5 brothers.
Funeral service was held Thursday January 9, 2003, 2:00pm at the Reinlander Mennonite Church, Winkler, Bishop William Friesen officiating. Interment followed at the Blumenfeld Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Fnd of Manitoba or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
