Arkadij Melling

1986 - 2004

Arkadij Melling was born on March 8, 1986 in Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan as the first born to his parents Daniel and Helene Melling. When he was 2 years old he moved to Germany with his parents to remain there till November of last year when he came to Canada on a visitor’s visa and made his home with Eduard and Edith Bullert , as cousin to Edith. It was until March 27 when Arkadij traveled with Edaurd and Edith to Florida and had a tragic accident near St Joseph, Missouri where his life was taken from him as a result of the injuries incurred from the accident. Arkadij leaves to mourn his parents, 5 sisters and 5 brothers. He will be missed very much.

Funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at the Bergthaler Mennonite Church, Winkler.  Interment followed at the Chapel Cemetery, Morden, MB.
