Anne (Annie) Loewen

1908 - 2004

On Friday, September 3, 2004 at the Boundary Trails Health Centre, Anne Loewen aged 96 years and 8 months, of Lions Manor, Winkler, MB, went peacefully to her eternal rest.

She is remembered by her two sisters-in-law; Jessie of Morden and Katherine of Port coquitlam, BC as well as numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents; brother Jake; brother John and sister-in-law Anna; brother Frank; and sister Susie Gooding and brother-in-law Gordan.

The funeral service took place on Wednesday, September 8, 2004 at the Winkler Bergthaler Church at 11:00 a.m. with Pastors Peter Penner and Ben Pauls officiating.  Interment followed at the Winkler Cemetery.

Thanks to the many personnel on the Rehab/Assess Unit who provided such loving long term care and were so understanding.  Anne often commented that, "they are so good to me" and appreciated this daily.
