Abram Voth

1916 – 2005

On Tuesday, September 6, 2005 Abram “Abe” Voth, aged 89 years of Morden, MB, formerly of Calgary, AB, went to his eternal rest.

He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife, Marie (nee Friesen) of Morden; 5 daughters, Rosaline and John Derksen of Winnipeg and their children Judi and Gord Adamyk, Grant and Jennifer Derksen, Gerry and Karen Derksen, daughter, Leona and Henry Thiessen of Morden and their children Andy and Tami, Mark and Julia, daughter, Sylvia and Jim Lynn of Sherwood Park, AB, daughter Carol and Rod Wakefield of Edmonton, AB, daughter Lois and Art Dyck of Spruce Grove, AB and their children Sherry and Brad McQuaig, Crystal Dyck; 2 sons Dennis and Nola Voth of Calgary, AB and their children Jeremy and Shauna, Carissa and Jim Peach, Loren, Jolene, son Paul and Cheryl Voth of Calgary, AB and their son, Matthew; great grandchildren, Katharine Adamyk, Jillayne Adamyk, Marshall Derksen, Brodi Thiessen, C.J. Thiessen, Torie Thiessen, Danika Thiessen; 2 sisters; 2 sisters-in-law.

He was predeceased by 3 sisters, and 2 brothers.

Funeral service was held Saturday, September 10, 2005 at 11:00 am at Morden Mennonite Church with Rev. Morris Vincent and Rev. Harold Hildebrand-Schlegel officiating.  Interment followed at the Southside Cemetery.
