on Friday, July 16, 2004 in Portage La Prairie, Abe Bueckert aged 34 years, of
Portage La Prairie went to his eternal rest.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife Jodie Bueckert (nee Sparrow) of Winnipeg; 2 daughters; Brooke-Lynn and Brae-Leigh; his father Abe Bueckert of Austin; 2 sisters; Eva and Nathan Bueckert of Austin; Martha and Derek Wiebe of Roland; 3 brothers; Pete and Lena of Altona; Jake and Tina of Winkler; Frank Bueckert and Susie Wiebe of Roland. He also leaves 9 nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother Eva Bueckert in April 2004; 2 nieces in infancy.
Funeral service was held on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at the Winkler Sommerfeld Mennonite Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Abe Wiebe officiating. Interment followed at the Rosenbach Cemetery.
